Anyone who works out, regardless of your activity of choice – weight-lifting, cardio, yoga, or Pilates – knows that feeling you get after a kick-butt workout.

The sweat can just be dripping off you, but you look in the mirror, and there it is – that glow and a big smile on your face!

You just feel happier, stronger, more energetic, and ready to take on the world.

I have been working out since I was a high school athlete, and the end of my workouts still feels just as good at 62 as it did at 14.

But I’m not gonna lie; I still have those days when I would rather take a beating than work out!
